This is a collection of work of exceptional athletes, a celebration of what the human body can achieve when challenged and in the face of adversity.

From international athletes to local sports people, each one has achieved so much and overcome a lot to get where they are today.

The project started after working with a number of sports people on some commercial shots. I got to know a bit more about each one of them and was fascinated by their stories and accomplishments.

I have worked with a few of them more than once and probably will do again, as we devise new shoots between us and because many of them compete in different sports.

I have travelled all over the country to capture these shots and will continue to do so.
