Incomplete Shed is a photographic project that unfolds in a site of informal living, in the liminal zone between the beach and the forest. There, people settle temporarily, while everyday life is suspended and a different way of being begins to take shape. As their stay lengthens, the perception of the self, of others, and of the landscape seems to shift. The traces of this transformation were collected during photographic wanderings at dusk, when the day morphs into night.

The project moves between the desire for escape and the transformation that emerges within this condition, while maintaining an awareness of its transience. The title Incomplete Shed refers to a process of incomplete shedding, while also alluding to the makeshift shelters of those who reside there.
